Speed and Agility Camp
To excel in sports, you need Speed, Agility & Quickness
EYH along with the YMCA are offering kids going into grades 7-12 a camp to help them achieve their full potential in Hockey. The camp will be held in July at the Weston YMCA. Contact the YMCA for additional information. Click on the YMCA image to go to their website.
Speed is a skill, and can be improved!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Speed is not just genetics, as once thought. It has been scientifically proven numerous times that everyone can learn how to increase their speed, quickness, and agility. Many superstar athletes use speed coaches and have gone to speed camps.
Stars of Tomorrow Hockey Fun Camp!
Starring Coach du Vair and his staff !!
Focus on the fundamental skills that will form the basis of your future star including skating, stickhandling with your head up, passing, shooting and scoring, body position and angling.

Coaches Clinic Coming
