To find out when practices are, you can do 1 of two things.  The easiest will be to go to the team page, and then click on the level your child will be and then select the appropiate team link.  Then choose the option to view the full calendar.  That will give you the schedule for the month.

Once teams are selected, you will want to customize your tags to get the specific teams your child(ren) are on.  For example - once I log into the site and click on Calendar, I can choose to select tags and choose the two teams my kids are on.  When I log in then those are the calendars I will see.  I also suggest you select the Association Events tag.
